We’re looking for a motivated Investment Analyst Intern to support Capital Sharpe’s due diligence work on external quantitative funds, preferably on a 6-month placement basis.
In this role, you will assist with fund screening, manager research, DD calls, performance review, and preparation of internal notes. The work will focus on understanding each fund’s strategy, risk control, track record, and overall investment fit.
You will work closely with the team and gain hands-on exposure to how quantitative funds are evaluated from an allocator’s perspective.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines

Fresh graduates are welcomed; 1 year of financial industry experience is a plus

Strong interest in quantitative investing, hedge funds, digital assets, or manager selection

Good communication skills

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
